Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineering candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation with 15+ open reqs/month
- Develop innovative talent pipelines for Python, Java, and cloud infrastructure roles
- Collaborate with CTOs and hiring managers to define role requirements and employer branding
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using ATS metrics and market trend analysis
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and diversity hiring initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or startup environments
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray search techniques and passive candidate engagement
- Proven track record of closing 20+ technical roles quarterly
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering workflows
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-grade ATS platforms
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification a plus
