Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies leveraging cutting-edge sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for efficiency
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our ATS system
- Represent our agency at industry events and tech meetups
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in NYC's competitive market
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques for hard-to-find engineering talent
- Proven track record placing candidates at scale (50+ placements annually)
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess technical aptitude
- Experience with diversity-focused recruitment initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Technical background or certification preferred
