Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across Nashville's tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and data science roles
- Build and maintain relationships with 15+ tech clients in Middle Tennessee
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skill compatibility
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or tech company
- Deep knowledge of Nashville's tech market and startup landscape
- Expertise in recruiting software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, AWS, React)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
