Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive engineering candidates
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from offer negotiation to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS and CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proven expertise with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess technical competencies
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment for software engineers and data scientists
- Strong negotiation skills and closing track record
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
