Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified technical candidates across software development, data science, and IT infrastructure roles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies including Salesforce, Eli Lilly, and Roche
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance with 25+ placements per quarter
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems to build diverse talent pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify compensation trends and competitor strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on candidate assessment techniques and client management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns for key clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT placements
- Expertise in sourcing specialized roles including DevOps, Cloud Architects, and AI/ML engineers
- Strong understanding of Indianapolis tech market dynamics and key employers
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience managing remote recruitment teams across multiple states
