Responsibilities
- Source and engage specialized IT talent across Houston's booming tech sector
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract-to-hire and direct placement roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers at client companies
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and ATS systems to identify passive candidates
- Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidate competencies
- Maintain accurate candidate pipeline and recruitment metrics
- Represent our agency at Houston tech meetups and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Houston's market
- Proven success placing software engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity professionals
- Expert knowledge of Houston tech ecosystem and talent pools
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
