Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop deep expertise in Denver's tech market trends and talent landscape
- Collaborate with clients to define hiring needs and create compelling job descriptions
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills against role requirements
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize processes
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or high-growth tech environment
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical roles monthly
- Expert knowledge of Denver's tech talent pool and competitive landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in engineering roles
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
