Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Develop deep technical understanding of client requirements and market trends
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-vetted technical talent
- Collaborate with account managers to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies quarterly
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical evaluation methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven success in placing mid-to-senior level software developers
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering skills and portfolios
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in competitive markets
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
