Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive software engineers across Python, Java, and full-stack roles
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical positions
- Conducting deep-dive technical interviews and skills assessments
- Developing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in AI/ML and DevOps
- Leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and GitHub sourcing
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and compensation packages
- Implementing diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive sourcing strategies
- Maintaining ATS compliance and candidate relationship management
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven placements in Chicago's tech ecosystem
- Expertise in sourcing Python, Java, and cloud infrastructure talent
- Proficiency in Boolean search strings and technical assessment tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS systems
- Track record of closing 15+ technical roles quarterly
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related technical field
