Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists)
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral assessments
- Collaborate with clients to refine job descriptions and requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights on compensation and talent availability
- Maintain ATS data integrity and generate recruitment metrics reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing environment
- Proven track record of placing specialized tech roles (cloud, AI, cybersecurity)
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray search techniques and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and key tech stacks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
