Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists through advanced Boolean searches and strategic networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles across startups and established tech firms
- Develop deep expertise in niche technologies including cloud architecture, machine learning, and cybersecurity
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines with 95% fill rate for critical technical positions
- Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements and deliver market insights on compensation trends
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing agency-wide recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, React, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with both candidates and Fortune 500 clients
- Metrics-driven approach with demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly KPIs
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever) and data-driven recruitment analytics
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field preferred
