Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior software engineering roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA)
- Develop creative sourcing strategies across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to define role requirements and success metrics
- Optimize candidate experience while maintaining strict compliance with EEO standards
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive intelligence on compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing environments
- Proven success placing engineers at companies like Amazon, Microsoft, or Tableau
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and tech stacks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven recruitment decisions
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Portfolio showing 50+ placements in the last 24 months
