Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking and market research
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics
- Maintain compliance with EEO and diversity hiring initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven success placing software engineers
- Deep knowledge of Oklahoma City tech ecosystem and talent market
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and candidate engagement techniques
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers
