Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for hard-to-fill roles across AI, Cloud, and DevOps domains
- Develop and maintain strategic talent pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing
- Conduct technical screenings with coding challenges and system design evaluations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and compensation structures
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to ensure inclusive candidate slates
- Manage ATS workflows and optimize conversion metrics at every funnel stage
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and candidate engagement techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with Bay Area tech companies
- Proven track record placing senior engineers at companies like Google, Salesforce, or Airbnb
- Expertise in evaluating technical skills for full-stack, backend, and ML roles
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent credential preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Bay Area tech compensation benchmarks and visa requirements
- Experience with Lever, Greenhouse, or other enterprise ATS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment methodology
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and candidate negotiation
