Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across North Carolina using cutting-edge sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand IT roles including software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns leveraging social media and professional networks
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our ATS while ensuring exceptional candidate experiences
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent insights to clients and internal leadership
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/tech placements
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of technical roles: software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage client expectations
- Relevant certification (CPSM, CTS, or equivalent) preferred
- Deep network of connections within North Carolina's tech community
- Proven ability to meet KPIs: time-to-fill, placement quality, and client satisfaction
