Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screening interviews with developers, DevOps engineers, and QA specialists
- Develop deep client relationships to understand technical hiring requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to candidate onboarding
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling employer branding content
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in CRM platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/FinTech companies
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, or cloud architects
- Expertise in technical interview frameworks (whiteboarding, system design)
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Lever, or other enterprise ATS platforms
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills for competitive candidates
