- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage client relationships and negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Lead interview processes and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers
- Analyze market trends to shape recruitment strategies for emerging technologies
- Maintain ATS compliance and optimize talent pipeline metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech clients
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and technical assessment methodologies
- Proven track record placing roles in cloud/AWS, AI/ML, or cybersecurity
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or Technical Recruiter Certification preferred
- Deep network within Houston's tech scene (meetups, incubators, UT Austin connections)
