- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles using Lever and Greenhouse
- Develop strategic partnerships with CTOs at Dallas-based tech giants
- Execute data-driven sourcing campaigns across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn
- Present compelling candidate briefings to executive stakeholders
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication
- Mentor junior recruiters on modern sourcing methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/FinTech companies
- Expertise in Dallas' tech talent market and competitive landscape
- Proven track record placing senior engineers at scale (50+ placements/year)
- Advanced knowledge of Java, Python, AWS, and cloud architecture
- Strong negotiation skills with 90% offer acceptance rate
- Google Certified Professional Recruiter or SHRM-SCP preferred
