Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across engineering, product, and data science roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent client assignments
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Bay Area tech companies
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring teams on assessment criteria
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles in our ATS while ensuring data compliance
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in technical recruitment
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with Bay Area tech companies or staffing agencies
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, or product managers
- Expert knowledge of Silicon Valley tech stack and hiring landscapes
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong technical understanding to evaluate candidates' skills and experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
