Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles across software engineering, data science, and DevOps
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, GitHub scraping, and niche community engagement to identify passive candidates
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking at tech meetups, conferences, and university partnerships
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with company culture and technical needs
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
- Manage candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance with personalized communication
- Maintain ATS compliance and ensure adherence to EEOC regulations and diversity initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles at B2B tech companies
- Proven expertise in sourcing and closing senior-level candidates in competitive markets
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS platforms
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud architectures, and development methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of building diverse talent pipelines and implementing inclusive hiring practices
- Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
