As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Cascade, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent pipeline and ensuring our clients receive the best candidates in the market. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that rewards hustle, creativity, and results.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Develop and implement aggressive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Manage relationships with candidates, providing exceptional feedback and a world-class candidate experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) to attract passive candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of recruitment marketing materials and job postings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, etc.).
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
