Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruiting strategies to fill technical positions across various sectors including IT, Engineering, and Finance.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.
  • Negotiate offers and close placements efficiently to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately and maintain up-to-date candidate pipelines.
  • Contribute to the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
