Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruiting strategies to fill technical positions across various sectors including IT, Engineering, and Finance.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Negotiate offers and close placements efficiently to meet revenue targets.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately and maintain up-to-date candidate pipelines.
- Contribute to the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
