Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists across Miami's tech corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to offer negotiation for 15-20 open technical roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ tech companies in Miami-Dade County
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire ratios
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency-wide talent acquisition strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Miami market
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find software engineering talent (Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Strong technical assessment skills to evaluate candidates beyond resume keywords
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and Boolean search
- Deep understanding of Miami's tech ecosystem and startup landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
