Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche job boards)
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with emphasis on candidate experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize hiring metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system (Greenhouse preferred)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level tech roles
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical stacks
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through Boolean search strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with compliance regulations (EEOC, ADA) and diversity initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
