Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineering, IT Support, and Data Analysis.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical and behavioral requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical staffing or full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Technology and Engineering roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of the Kansas City job market and technical landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
