Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across engineering, data science, and cybersecurity domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates weekly
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
- Present market insights and talent trends to clients quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or cybersecurity clients
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification required
- Strong network of technical professionals in DFW market
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite stakeholders
- Data-driven approach with analytical mindset
- Ability to manage high-volume concurrent searches
