Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across multiple tech platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles (AI, Cloud, DevOps)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks for tech roles
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system (Greenhouse preferred)
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a staffing agency
- Proven track record placing software engineers and data scientists
- Deep understanding of Columbus's tech ecosystem and talent pool
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (EEOC, OFCCP)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
