Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles simultaneously
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate personas
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with engineering leads
- Negotiate offers and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Analyze hiring metrics and optimize recruitment funnels weekly
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in Greenhouse and Lever ATS
- Represent the agency at Boston tech meetups and university career fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with Boston-based tech companies
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps professionals
- Expertise in Boolean search, GitHub sourcing, and technical interview evaluation
- Familiarity with Boston's tech landscape and key talent networks
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise ATS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
