Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent through advanced sourcing strategies and niche market expertise
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles including software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data analysts
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive networking and industry events
- Collaborate with client companies to understand technical requirements and culture fit needs
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in IT staffing
- Deep understanding of technical roles including software development lifecycle and cloud technologies
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Strong technical interviewing skills with ability to evaluate coding challenges and system design
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to candidates
- Established network within New Mexico's tech community
