Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand tech roles (software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists)
- Develop and nurture relationships with top-tier tech candidates through strategic sourcing and networking
- Manage client partnerships to understand technical hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and leverage our proprietary ATS for candidate identification
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate proficiency
- Optimize recruitment workflows to achieve 30+ day placement metrics
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to build inclusive tech pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with focus on DC's tech market
- Proven track record placing candidates in software development, cloud computing, or AI roles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
- Strong technical aptitude to assess developer skills and system architecture
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive-level client experience
