Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and networking strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand tech roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Boston-area tech companies
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate cultural fit
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Boston's tech market
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expert knowledge of engineering stacks (Python, Java, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Boston's tech ecosystem and talent pools
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
