Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles across NYC's tech corridor
- Leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms to identify passive candidates in AI/ML, DevOps, and data engineering
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ tech startups and established tech companies in Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Conduct technical screening sessions with engineers and hiring managers to ensure cultural and technical fit
- Analyze market trends to provide compensation benchmarking and talent pipeline insights to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters on ATS optimization (Greenhouse, Lever) and candidate relationship management
- Drive diversity initiatives through targeted sourcing channels and inclusive interview processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven placements in cloud/AI/DevOps roles
- Expertise in recruiting senior engineers (mid-level to principal) within NYC's competitive landscape
- Proficient with modern recruitment tech: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search syntax
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates across Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and ML frameworks
- Established network of 500+ active technical candidates in the NY metro area
- Track record of hitting 120%+ quarterly KPIs with client satisfaction scores above 95%
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
