Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive tech candidates across Nashville's vibrant tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key tech stakeholders at client companies
- Leverage ATS tools to optimize candidate pipelines and reporting metrics
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal KPI targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Nashville or similar tech market
- Proven track record of closing senior-level tech roles (DevOps, AI, Cloud)
- Expert knowledge of Nashville's tech talent landscape and networking channels
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong data-driven recruitment approach with metric-focused mindset
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
