Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across multiple industries.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving staffing needs.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing feedback.
  • Drive revenue by successfully placing candidates and managing contract-to-hire transitions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Staffing Specialist, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in the Technology or Business Services sector.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client and candidate relationship management.
  • Strong networking and cold-calling abilities.
