Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across multiple industries.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing feedback.
- Drive revenue by successfully placing candidates and managing contract-to-hire transitions.
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Staffing Specialist, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in the Technology or Business Services sector.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client and candidate relationship management.
- Strong networking and cold-calling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
