Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across Louisville's tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with key hiring managers at local tech companies
- Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech platforms for targeted candidate outreach
- Optimize recruitment processes using Greenhouse and other ATS platforms
- Conduct technical screening and coordinate interview logistics
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or startup environments
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level technical roles
- Deep understanding of developer tools (Git, AWS, CI/CD pipelines)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and passive candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with Louisville's tech landscape preferred
- Greenhouse or ATS certification a plus
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
