Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networking.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Analysts, QA Engineers).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition in the Columbus market.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, Staffing, or Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of the Columbus job market and technical talent landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
