Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior software engineering roles (Python, Java, DevOps)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for 15+ concurrent technical assignments
- Collaborate with CTOs and Engineering VPs to define hiring blueprints
- Conduct technical evaluations and coordinate panel interviews
- Negotiate competitive offers and close high-demand candidates
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/AI companies
- Expertise in recruiting senior software engineers and DevOps specialists
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or other modern ATS platforms
- Deep understanding of Python/Java ecosystems and cloud architectures
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements quarterly
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates beyond resume keywords
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
