Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to source, screen, and place top-tier technical talent in software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media (LinkedIn), and attending industry events in the Boston area.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and technical interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Manage the entire candidate journey, from the initial phone screen to the offer stage and onboarding.
- Develop and leverage strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean sourcing tools effectively to identify passive candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill IT and engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred).
