Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier engineering talent across Silicon Valley
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnels
- Collaborate with business development to understand client needs
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in the Bay Area
- Proven track record placing software engineers and data scientists
- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit
- Strong understanding of current tech stacks and hiring trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
