Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Raleigh's leading tech companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance with 95% fill rate target
- Utilize Greenhouse and Lever ATS to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including employer branding campaigns and technical content creation
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal billable targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, or cloud specialists
- Expert knowledge of Raleigh's tech market and competitive landscape
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for roles involving Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, or similar technologies
- Certified in Recruitment Strategies (CRS) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in Raleigh's tech corridor
