Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and professional networks
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to define hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Lead technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-role alignment
- Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and department heads
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Dallas market
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill tech roles across Python, Java, cloud architecture, and DevOps
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of technical hiring processes and salary benchmarks
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for scaling tech companies
