Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech stacks (cloud, AI, cybersecurity) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and industry networks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles, including client consultations and requirement analysis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Boston's top tech companies
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with cross-functional teams
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment funnels and improve placement rates
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Greenhouse) and provide weekly performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering, data science, or DevOps roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Boston's competitive tech market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates across various programming languages and frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Experience with recruitment metrics, KPI tracking, and pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related technical field preferred
