- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for Fortune 500 startups and established tech firms
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines across engineering, data science, and IT domains
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and candidate profiles
- Implement advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, GitHub profiling, and niche community outreach
- Manage applicant tracking system with 95% data accuracy and compliance standards
- Drive diversity initiatives to build inclusive technical teams
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments with industry-standard evaluation frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, or fintech focus
- Proven track record of closing 50+ technical roles annually
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and HireEZ
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud platforms, and DevOps
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
