Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier technical candidates for urgent client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at 50+ tech companies
- Leverage advanced Boolean sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for engineering roles
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley
- Proven track record of placing candidates in AI, ML, or DevOps roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and Boolean search strategies
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday ATS platforms
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring campaigns
