Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles across AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity domains
- Leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing to identify passive candidates with niche skill sets
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at 15+ partner companies including Dell, Oracle, and emerging unicorns
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to validate candidate competencies beyond surface-level qualifications
- Optimize recruitment funnels using data analytics to reduce time-to-hire by 30% while improving candidate quality scores
- Lead diversity initiatives to ensure inclusive hiring practices across all technical departments
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing methodologies and industry-specific talent trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record placing software engineers, DevOps, or data professionals
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems with data-driven reporting capabilities
- Deep understanding of technical stacks including Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and ML frameworks
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close high-demand candidates
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful placements at companies with $10M+ funding rounds
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with quarterly KPI targets
