Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer negotiation for 15-20 open positions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on candidate assessments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly performance analytics to leadership
- Build and nurture a diverse pipeline of qualified technical talent across Seattle's tech ecosystem
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Seattle's tech market
- Expert knowledge of developer tools (GitHub, Stack Overflow, GitLab) and tech stack differentiation
- Strong technical aptitude to assess engineering candidates and understand complex role requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and data-driven recruitment metrics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with same-week hiring requirements
