Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to identify passive candidates in the Pacific Northwest.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and technical stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide market insights and talent pool analysis to the sales team to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume and hard-to-fill technical roles on time.
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the Seattle tech ecosystem and specific engineering skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
