Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across engineering, data science, and product management roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with clients to define hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate cultural fit
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or startup clients
- Proven track record of closing 20+ engineering roles quarterly
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Python, React, AWS, ML frameworks)
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and ROI analysis
