Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and screen qualified technical candidates for specialized IT roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS platform
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of filling roles in software development, data science, or engineering
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and passive candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
