Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers and IT professionals through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles across Java, .NET, cloud, and data science
- Develop strategic hiring pipelines with 20+ enterprise clients including Salesforce and Eli Lilly
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competency
- Negotiate competitive offers while maintaining positive candidate relationships
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation benchmarks and sourcing strategies
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ years in agency/staffing environments
- Proven track record placing specialized IT roles (cloud, DevOps, AI/ML preferred)
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for complex engineering roles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with technical stakeholders
- Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to optimize recruitment funnels
- Authorized to work in the US with no sponsorship requirements
